Legacy Systems Wrapping & Enhancement

A major sports retailer was using an existing legacy retail package. The implementation was stable and managed a multitude of business processes effectively. One enhancement enabled staff in their warehouse to access stock data via wireless hand-held devices while undertaking stock picking and other activities. This process has greatly enhanced the efficiency of their logistics operation.
