IVIS collaborate with IMRG on Multichannel Model

IVIS Group and IMRG announce the launch of the IVIS IMRG Multichannel Maturity Model MCm2: a self-assessment survey that allows retailers to appraise their performance as a multichannel retailer agai MCM2 and IMRG small nst their peers and the “best in class”.

This web-based survey lets you measure and track your strengths and weaknesses and provides insight into investment and prioritisation areas on the path to multichannel retail maturity.

More detailed analysis of the results will be available on May 11th at the next IMRG Multi-Channel workshop

To participate in this process, simply complete the MCm2 survey following the link below.  The high-level results will be immediately emailed to you  providing a graphical view of how your organisation compares to the industry best practice.
