IVIS Group launches new website for Astro Malaysia

Today Astro launched their new website - www.astro.com.my. IVIS Group are pleased to have been the technology partner for Astro, providing the platform and development for their new portal site.  

The portal allows you to personalise and configure the homepage to look, feel and perform in line with your preferences. Widgets can be added or removed and the layout of the widgets can be changed within the page.

There are hundreds of Astro defined widgets which can be shared by any Internet user. Users can also create their own widgets on the fly and share them with their friends, bringing members of clubs, societies or those with similar interests together to form a community.

Working in conjunction with existing and new systems, the project included integration with the Astro CRM and Billing systems, the Electronic Programming Guide and a 3rd party online video content provider.
