IVIS Group’s Sonetto® 5.5 Product Release

IVIS Group announced the launch of the latest version of the Sonetto® Product Suite today. Whilst offering some additional business functionality, version 5.5 has focused on making improvements to the core technology within the platform, with a focus of improving flexibility and performance.

Investment has been made in re-designing the communication and API layer to provide an open business API framework, with more flexible and dynamic messaging, giving Sonetto technologies more of a SOA based architecture.

Our core categorisation engine has been re-built to allow for multi-layered categorisation of information across the application suite. Different businesses have different methods and targets for their categorisation, with different industries categorising information for different purposes. With the new categorisation engine, Sonetto® is able to flexibly model and support these different categorisations.

A new feature for the Pricing and Promotions application is Coupon Management. The Sonetto® PPM application now provides an end-to-end, integrated solution to coupon management, from the creation and management, through execution and validation across online and in-store or on-site systems. 

Snapshot reporting brings in-line reporting functionality to the Sonetto Suite, giving business users clear visibility in a single click on key statistical data relating either to the utilisation of information such as product or pricing, but also provides visual representations of promotional statistics and promotional calendars. This feature forms the basis of the Sonetto Reporting functionality which will provide an editing function for business users to create reports, which will be launched in Version 6.0.
