Insurance Product Sales

A retail customer of IVIS Group wanted to add insurance products to their customer offer. To enable this they had reached an agreement with a major insurer to offer Travel Insurance and Breakdown Cover. These products were to be available both in-store and on-line so they needed to integrate these products with their current on-line presence.

IVIS Group consultants developed a solution able to promote the products, take payments and allow the cover to start immediately whilst meeting all legal requirements. The solution also enabled the insurer to be informed of new product sales, supported the multi-channel sales model and allowed all paperwork to be generated on-line and be delivered as a pdf file or in hardcopy form.
