Credit Card & Loan Application Systems

IVIS Group worked with the financial arm of a major UK retail business to develop an on-line application process and infrastructure to allow customers to complete all credit card application forms on-line. This system was designed to streamline the process for customers and reduce the costs incurred by the card issuing company. The system was subsequently extended to cover additional countries while ensuring all national legislation was adhered to. Further enhancements covered the loan application process.
