    Company Pension Scheme

    Once the employee completes 6 months of service at IVIS Group, he/she becomes eligible to join the Company Group Personal Pension Scheme that is administered by Standard Life, one of the leading insurers in the pension market.


    Private Medical Insurance

    The company has in place a Group Private Medical Insurance Scheme with Standard Life Healthcare. On joining the scheme, the employee is issued with policy documentation that fully explains the insurance cover which is provided free of charge to all members' children aged up to 18.


    Death in Service Benefit

    In the unfortunate event that the IVIS Group employee passes away before normal retirement age, his/her beneficiaries will receive a lump sum equal to four times the annual salary he/she was on.


    Group Long Term Disability Scheme

    The level of benefit payable to the employee will be 75% of his/her pre-disability salary, less an amount equivalent to the statutory state benefits.


    Group Critical Illness

    The company has put in place a Group Critical Illness contract that will pay out as a tax-free lump sum the equivalent of one year's basic salary.
