Qusai Sarraf, CEO, IVIS Group Qusai Sarraf

Qusai is an entrepreneur passionate about customer-centricity. His experience spans 25 years in the industry and was one of the 7-member team that built Tesco.com from inception to the world's largest multi-channel retailer. He started IVIS Group in the UK in 1994 and grew the business to be a leader as a multi-channel consulting and solutions provider. He created various innovative and successful business models including one of the worlds' earliest virtual supply-chains in 1999 – Tesco National Store - enabling the expansion into nine categories in less than two years.

In 2000, he initiated an R&D programme culminating with the creation of "Sonetto", a patented and innovative solution enabling business users to deal with the challenges facing them in multi-channel with less dependency on IT. Qusai led various strategic consulting initiatives including the formalisation of IVIS Group's own MCm² (multi-channel maturity model) a methodology to measure the capabilities and build world class multi-channel models.

In 2007, Qusai expanded IVIS Group into Malaysia and since then IVIS Group Malaysia has won and delivered a number of key projects for European and Asian clients.

Jon Higgins, IT Director, Tesco.com Jon Higgins

As one of the "founding fathers" of Tesco.com, Jon Higgins has been living and breathing ecommerce since the launch of the Tesco website in 1994. Over those years he has been instrumental in the planning and development of the Tesco Grocery shopping platform and seen it grow from a trial serving a handful of customers to a model that is successfully deployed across the world. Over that same period Tesco has developed a strong non-food and multi-channel offering around its Tesco Direct brand and other channels such as its wine warehouse and offerings in clothing, books and entertainment.

Jon is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and a trustee of Somerset House, a major arts and cultural centre in London.
