Sarraf, who founded IVIS Group in the UK 20 years ago and was one of the seven person team at the start of Tesco.com in 1996, will be teaching his course “Transforming into Customer-Centric Organisation”. This two-day course is part of Beijing international MBA’s (BiMBA) curriculum, which is a programme run jointly with Vlerick Business School in Belgium.

The course will cover marketing, innovation and the organisational impact involved in bringing about such transformations.

“In this course I hope to bring insights from our experience of multi-channel in mature markets such as the UK and Europe to China and highlight the innovation of Chinese companies, what they are doing really well and can in turn impart to the next generation of multi-channel practitioners throughout the world,” says Sarraf.

Beijing International MBA at Peking University was the first joint international MBA program in Beijing approved by the Chinese government in 1998.
