IVIS Group presents ‘7 business models of customer-centric retailing' at World Retail Congress Breakfast Briefing

WRC-MASTER-LOGO-1.jpgIVIS Group CEO Qusai Sarraf will speak at the forthcoming World Retail Congress taking place in Paris 29 September-1 October 2014.

At a breakfast briefing on Tuesday 30 September Sarraf will address the international retail business audience together with industry heavyweight Steve Robinson, CEO of ACHICA. The talk, entitled ‘Seven Up! Winning in a customer-centric world’, will discuss how to maximise revenue from each of the 7 business models of customer-centric retailing.

Now that multi-channel is ubiquitous for retail, at least in mature markets, Sarraf maintains that to thrive companies need to differentiate, innovate and propagate by extending their business models. The briefing will outline the IVIS Group approach with clients to define vision/strategy, operations/implementation and how to ensure an organisation is ready for such transformation.

Sarraf says “In the breakfast briefing we will encourage delegates to adopt customer-centricity and the open attitude required to fully benefit from each of the 7 business models. We’ll also highlight the steps to take and to avoid from the experiences we’ve had over the years.”

This is in line with the theme of World Retail Congress 2014 “Retailing in a disrupted world” as it aims to provide ideas and challenge thinking in this new era of retailing. During the course of the event, over 100 speakers will present to more than 1,500 senior retail delegates from 56 countries.
