IVIS Group CEO Qusai Sarraf was interviewed for the Consumer Insight section by Drapers Features and Special Reports Editor James Knowles. The article demonstrated how China’s middle classes hold great spending power, but retailers must ensure they understand shoppers’ needs.
As Sarraf commented “Any type of proposition in China that doesn’t include mobile would be limiting”.
