Singapore Productivity Centre has invited IVIS Group CEO Qusai Sarraf to share from his experience of transforming companies into customer-centric omnichannel retailers as part of their series of regular workshops.
Taking place at Singapore Productivity Centre on 21 May, this workshop will demonstrate how the advent of the Internet’s commercialisation, changes in consumers’ behaviour, innovation, creativity and social commerce have all come together to form a new paradigm for the retail world - the wave of the omnichannel.
In addition the session will focus on how a business transformation, fuelled by customer centricity, is achieved by creating new business models, challenging existing ones and changing the way we do business forever. It will demonstrate how retailers can drive profit through effective omni-channel strategies and focusing on the customer.
